KICK OFF

We provide an outlined agenda prior to our intake meeting so that all parties can come prepared and we make the most use of the call. These items could include industry challenges, target competitors, interview process, offer logistics and any other key items that would impact our search.  

At the onset, we set up a conference call with the key stakeholders and decision makers for this hire, along with our entire team. This allows our entire team to have direct and complete information from you, as well as the opportunity to immediately ask questions and collaborate on how we all succeed, with J2T as your closest ally in the acquisition process.

RECRUITMENT

The J2T Recruiting team utilizes a wide variety of recruiting tactics—the biggest being our own robust and very much alive accounting and finance network that we have crafted over 20+ years. Candidates like us, know us, and trust us. Our calls get returned.

We then have comprehensive, confidential conversations with these top individuals to vet their experience, culture nuances and fit as it relates to your organization, compensation requirements as well as current capacity and desire to make a calculated career change.  Candidates that meet the experience requirements then go through a detailed interview process in a myriad of platforms to get a sense of their ability to command a conversation, lead, follow and collaborate.

COMMUNICATION

Throughout the entire process, we remain in constant communication with both our hiring client and our candidates. We work closely with you to schedule all interviews, prepare both candidates and our hiring client with appropriate pre-interview materials, technology needs and immediately facilitate a thorough and detailed debrief with both the hiring client and candidates. This way we can instantly address any and all concerns, provide additional information, or redirect the search as needed. Reference checks are done early in the process and can be re-addressed for any specific reasons. Our lines of communication always remain open and we encourage you to reach out to ensure a smooth process.
