Melissa joined J2T two years ago as the sole J2T Flex employee focused on tackling the contract and temporary side of the J2T business. This played to her creative and competitive nature and two years later, her Flex division has grown to a fantastic team of four within the already exceptional J2T family! As Business Development Manager of J2T Flex, Melissa’s highly consultative nature allows her to successfully pair the right people with the right companies (whether it is inside or outside the walls of J2T) time and time again. Melissa specializes in Contract and Temporary Staffing from Clerk to Controller, as well as any and all Operational Accounting roles (AP, AR, Billing, and more).

Cody is a storyteller by nature and started her career in Marketing and PR, before discovering her knack for recruiting. Julie began her career in 1995 with an international staffing firm and was fortunate enough to work for several industry pioneers who provided her with ample opportunity to learn, explore and grow. In 2000, Julie, along with her father and sister founded J2T. Nineteen years later, it’s still a family business. She is an alumni member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization and successfully completed the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT. Julie has been nominated as an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Denver Business Journal and today along with J2T she leads various Women’s Networking Events throughout the year.

When you combine an aptitude for numbers, an ebullient personality and a genuine affinity for people, you get Molly Weiss. With a bachelor’s and master’s in Accounting from DU, Molly joined a national public accounting firm as a financial statement auditor. Molly’s natural accounting skills, ability to connect with people and easily captivate an audience quickly led her to the recruiting side of accounting and finance. She now splits her time between her love of numbers and her passion for people as J2T’s Business Support Manager. Today you’ll find Molly either scheduling interviews, prepping candidates or heads down at her desk working on various company-wide initiatives.

Lew Visscher is the founder and driving force behind Lew’s List, sending more than 100 new job openings each month to his group of 11,000+ Finance and Accounting professionals here in Colorado. Lew and J2T have been strategic partners for 10 years. We've collaborated to support the Finance and Accounting community, share market intelligence, refer candidates and clients, administer Lew’s List, and host networking events. Lew was the CFO at Catalyst Repository Systems for over 17 years, successfully guiding the company to its recent acquisition by a large public software company. Lew and his wife Beth love spending time with their 4 daughters and grandson. Always on the go, you’re likely to find Lew on a golf course, a ski run or hiking with family and friends.
