Stephanie brings over 25 years of experience to the recruiting practice and she has been a part of J2T since January of 2002. As Vice President of Sales, she specifically impacts J2T in the areas of client business development, strategic candidate recruitment and career coaching, and has a significant network of professionals within accounting and finance. Stephanie’s focus is in mid-to-high level recruitment as well as contract business.

+ Stephanie lives in Evergreen with her husband of 20 years and has two delightful teenage daughters, one in high school and one at the University of Utah. She has two very active dogs and enjoys everything that outdoor Colorado has to offer. She is an avid runner and skier and is looking forward to further exploring the resorts of Utah this winter!

Emily and her fiancé, Vinny, live in Denver with their very lovable Golden Retriever, Rocco. Competition runs in her household with both her and Vinny being multi-sport athletes through college. Emily coached college volleyball for 8 years before hanging up her coaching shoes to pursue another passionate career in recruiting. On her time off, she enjoys helping her parents on her family farm in Kansas or going out east to visit Vinny’s home state of New Jersey.

I have over four years of experience recruiting accounting professionals nationwide, both for temporary and permanent roles, with a strong focus on clients in the Denver area. I take a people-first, relationship-driven approach to every search. Growing up on the island of Kauai, the spirit of Aloha has always been a part of who I am, it’s about leading with kindness, showing respect, and showing up for others. Values that I bring into work every day and what drives me to help others find their next best opportunity, and to make sure the fit feels right for both the candidate and the client. Now based in Colorado Springs, I live with my boyfriend and our sweetheart of a dog, Mahina. Lew Visscher is the founder and driving force behind Lew's List, sending more than 100 new job openings each month to his group of 11,000+ Finance and Accounting professionals here in Colorado. Lew and J2T have been strategic partners for 10 years. We've collaborated to support the Finance and Accounting community, share market intelligence, refer candidates and clients, administer Lew's List, and host networking events. Lew was the CFO at Catalyst Repository Systems for over 17 years, successfully guiding the company to its recent acquisition by a large public software company. Lew and his wife Beth love spending time with their 4 daughters and grandson. Always on the go, you're likely to find Lew on a golf course, a ski run or hiking with family and friends.

A Denver native, Jll graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. This was the foundation for a diverse career in finance, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit program management, and contract administration which have all positioned her for success at J2T. With more than 25 years of experience in operations and contract administration, Jll manages the business side of the company so the recruiters can focus on doing what they do best. Jll manages the day to day asset management and accounting responsibilities for J2T and ensures that the company continues to prosper.

+ Jll has lived in an RV twice, amounting to more than 150 days with her husband and four children while traveling the US. Some favorite stops along the way were nine of our National Parks including; Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Glacier, Denali, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, and Arches.

Upon graduating from Colorado State University, Julie started her career with an international staffing firm and was fortunate enough to work for several industry pioneers who provided her with ample opportunity to learn, explore and grow. In 2000, Julie, along with her father and sister, founded J2T. Twenty-one years later, it’s still a family business. She is an alumni member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization Colorado and a founding member of Vistage Montana. Julie spent the first 35 years of her life in Colorado and moved to Bozeman, MT in 2008 which she now calls home.

“I consider all the members of the J2T organization family – many of whom have been here over 10, 15, even 19 years. They represent the best of the best in our industry and are J2T’s greatest asset. Not only because they are best in class, but because they have the most heart. As such, I work diligently to align the company and myself with people and organizations who share in that core value.”

+ Julie was raised in Colorado and has lived in Montana for the last 15 years. She teaches in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Montana State University (Go Bobcats), and loves all things Colorado and Montana, including fishing, hiking, camping, and skiing. She can usually be spotted with her two dogs, traveling with her nieces and nephew, or on her front porch swings with friends.

After graduating from Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in both Finance and Accounting, Adam kicked off his career working for Fortune 500 companies. After almost a decade of corporate finance, Adam pivoted into the rewarding career of recruiting where he has successfully represented the market’s top accounting/finance talent and the region’s best employers since 2015. As a finance and recruiting veteran, Adam knows first-hand the caliber and technical expertise necessary to successfully recruit and hire the best accounting and finance professionals. Adam enjoys helping Montana and other Northwestern companies thrive by recruiting the top accounting and finance professionals to help them achieve their goals.

Thomas graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, minored in Aerospace, and shortly after completed his Masters of Science in Innovation and Management. Thomas spent his early career at Los Alamos National Lab as a Weapon Systems Engineer, but his love for both the state of Montana as well as personal connections and relationships brought him back to the last best place. Leveraging his technical background, Thomas' main focus is working with companies and candidates in the STEM field.

When the perfect client is paired with the perfect candidate, both of them benefit. My true passion lies in connecting those two things together.

When Thomas isn't working, he is either running trails with his dog Dakota or somewhere on the Gallatin fishing and not catching.
