As Vice President of Sales, she specifically impacts J2T in the areas of client business development, strategic candidate recruitment and career coaching, and has a significant network of professionals within accounting and finance. Stephanie’s focus is in mid-to-high level recruitment as well as contract business.

A Denver native, Jll graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. This was the foundation for a diverse career in finance, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit program management, and contract administration which have all positioned her for success at J2T. With more than 25 years of experience in operations and contract administration, Jll manages the business side of the company so the recruiters can focus on doing what they do best. Jll manages the day to day asset management and accounting responsibilities for J2T and ensures that the company continues to prosper.

+ Jll has lived in an RV twice, amounting to more than 150 days with her husband and four children while traveling the US. Some favorite stops along the way were nine of our National Parks including; Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Glacier, Denali, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, and Arches.

Peter will tell you that he has a conscientious approach with his candidates and clients. He is transparent and works diligently to ensure that everyone is together in unity. Peter enjoys building relationships and works closely to understand what the individual candidate is looking for in a career pivot. On the client side, Peter prides himself on getting to know the business and the specific challenges the organization is looking to solve when hiring for a new position or backfilling an existing position. Peter can't imagine doing anything else because he has built so many wonderful and impactful relationships throughout his career. In January of 2021, Peter moved to Denver from Chicago to fulfill a lifelong dream of living and working in the beautiful state of Colorado. Peter is from Wisconsin and spent 20 years in Chicago before moving to Denver.

Lew was the CFO at Catalyst Repository Systems for over 17 years, successfully guiding the company to its recent acquisition by a large public software company. Lew and his wife Beth love spending time with their 4 daughters and grandson. Always on the go, you're likely to find Lew on a golf course, a ski run or hiking with family and friends.

Melissa, a Colorado Native and industry specialist, joined J2T in January 2016 as head of Flex, focused on growing and developing the operational accounting side of the J2T business (both contract/temporary and direct hire). This played to her creative and competitive nature. As of today, her Flex division has grown to a fantastic team of four within the already exceptional J2T family! As Division Manager of J2T Flex, Melissa’s highly consultative nature allows her to successfully pair the right people with the right companies (whether it is inside or outside the walls of J2T) time and time again. Melissa specializes in Contract and Temporary Staffing from Clerk to Controller, as well as any and all Operational Accounting roles from AP/AR to staff accountant.

Upon graduating from Colorado State University Julie started her career with an international staffing firm and was fortunate enough to work for several industry pioneers who provided her with ample opportunity to learn, explore and grow. In 2000, Julie, along with her father and sister founded J2T. Twenty-one years later, it’s still a family business. She is an alumni member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization Colorado and a founding member of Vistage Montana. Julie spent the first 35 years of her life in Colorado and moved to Bozeman, MT in 2008 which she now calls home.

“I consider all the members of the J2T organization family – many of whom have been here over 10, 15, even 19 years. They represent the best of the best in our industry and are J2T’s greatest asset. Not only because they are best in class, but because they have the most heart. As such, I work diligently to align the company and myself with people and organizations who share in that core value.”

+ Julie was raised in Colorado and has lived in Montana for the last 15 years. She teaches in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Montana State University (Go Bobcats), and loves all things Colorado and Montana, including fishing, hiking, camping, and skiing. She can usually be spotted with her two dogs, traveling with her nieces and nephew, or on her front porch swings with friends.

As a recent graduate of the College of Western Idaho, Allie is using her degree as an Administrative Specialist to take her position, Executive Assistant to the next level. Helping the team push their projects and tasks through to completion and ensuring that the desired results are achieved is what Allie does best. She uses her meticulous organizational skills and extreme attention to detail to help the team with administrative tasks allowing them to focus more on market development and recruiting, thus, helping drive the Montana Team to ultimate growth and success!

Paige quickly rose to a leadership position with her company, where she expanded her skills, ranging from business development to recruiting senior-level positions. Paige now works with J2T serving Montana’s communities with her passion for recruiting and encouraging others toward their greatest path to success. She strives to provide an exceptional experience for all her candidates and clients, and she ensures that everyone she works with has the greatest chance at achieving their individual dreams or company business goals.
